Nice hotel but not a lot of sleep
"We arrived after a very long day of travelling to discover they could not find our reservation. It took a very long time but eventually we were given a room on the 3rd floor to be told the lifts did not work. I have some health issues so this was not ideal for me but we didnt have a choice.
