Due to roadworks outside the hotel, the airport transfer bus couldn’t come directly to the property. However, a wonderfully kind young staff member went above and beyond, personally driving my five-year-old and me to the nearest hotel so we could catch the bus, saving us from a 1 km walk with luggage at 3 a.m in the middle of winter. His kindness and exceptional customer service truly made a difference. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but I hope he knows how grateful we are and is recognised for this act of kindness.
