"Room was dingy The shower didn’t work properly.My husband is gluten free which we told the hotel in advance however they didn’t have any for him at breakfast and the selection and quality of food was poor The most important factor was that we reserved an executive room which hadn’t been built yet! And we were not told this until the morning we were arriving! Totally unacceptable.We were not at all impressed and would be unable to recommend!"
