"It was not as we expected. The boat was located in a very congested area without any open view. The access to the boat was from land only through a very run down area killing the whole experience. On top, the hospitality was not good. The care taker showed resistance to provide any service about food etc. no towels in the bathrooms. Look for a better place to stay. "

"Owner couldn’t do enough to help as was the case with the rest of the staff. They even installed a shower for us as we enquired if any of the rooms had a shower, which they didn’t. "Excellent location!. You get to see all of beautiful Dal lake from a hill. This is the only hotel where you get to see whole of Dal lake in its serene setting as well as most of Srinagar. Property was well maintained with beautiful flora. Staff is very respectful. Yes, I would visit it again."
