"Great property with views along the Amalfi coast, I will definitely stay here again. The restaurant menu is limited but very good quality, they could do with some snack options. The breakfast was excellent, much better than expected. There is no Coffee or Tea facilities in the room, and the swimming pool was out-of-order, which was a shame."

"The property itself was nice. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway to visit Vietri. What made it great was the service. Riccardo was welcoming, and brought a delicious breakfast each morning. "Beautifully refurbished to a high spec - this apartment was very comfortable. Michele was really accommodating and made us feel very welcome. He kept in contact with us via Whatsapp if we needed anything. Beautiful views of the sea/mountains!! Quite a (steep!) 30min walk to the beach, but there are buses to Vietri Sul Mare (only 1 euro - tickets can be bought in many shops). The hotel is not directly on the main road - you need to turn up a drive and buzz on the gate to get in....

"Loved Grand Hotel de La Ville. Such beautiful rooms with inlaid wood, marble bathrooms, lovely painted tile floors. Breakfast and staff excellent. We had an end-view partial sea view, which I would skip in the future. Mostly a view of a neighboring apartment building, but everything else is fantastic. 5 minute walk to train station, 10 minute walk to shopping downtown."
