"A lovely hotel in the heart of Vancouver where the focus is on guest experience. There is a games area on the second floor with a ping pong table, and book exchange place if you need something to read, a Photo Booth that kept my teenage kids entertained and free bicycles to explore the city (probably the highlight of our short stay). And the staff are super friendly and keen to support. And whilst the hotel doesn’t have its own kitchen, there are loads of amazing places to eat nearby (I would strongly recommend yolks for breakfast and brunch and Fat Mai noodles for dinner - both a very short walk away). A very strong recommendation for your Vancouver stay."

"The hotel entry is located on a blocked street to to motor vehicles, so you'll need to walk up to the front, but it is a very short walk. The hotel was one of the best parts of our stay honestly!"

"Good location and comfortable room for 2 people. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The property is a bit worn but was acceptable for our stay. The location was great and an easy walk to Yaletown Station. The shower was excellent and towels were good quality. The shower amenities weren't full so it was hard to get shampoo and conditioner out of the pump bottles. The window curtains didnt fully close which allowed light from outside in on the sides. There was a safe in the closet but we couldn't get it to operate despite multiple tries following the instructions. The room was not dusted very well but overall, was perfectly adequate."
