"Fabulous but outside the back entrance to the historic building was disgusting. Hotel should clean it up if they show guests that’s the fastest way up. Otherwise no complaints. Interesting busy area "

"Breakfast menu was varied. Reception staff were not helpful. Staff in restaurant good. Basic room., musty smell in the room. A C worked intermittently. And if you want to have a nap in the afternoon forget it. Constant noise of trailers pushed past the room, making sleep impossible. "

"Room was big and comfortable and modern. The hotel is clean overall but the restaurant has a limited vegetarian menu and items listed on menu may not be available. The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. "

When he found out we were planning to go out for breakfast, he kindly offered us breakfast at the hotel instead. His warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely cared for and added a personal touch to our stay.
