Raggio Hotels

"Camera confortevole , bagno pulito e molto grande . Televisore in camera molto piccolo. Colazione buona . Le piscine troppo affollate e con poca manutenzione . Nel prezzo della camera che è già abbastanza elevato potrebbero includere altri servizi della spa che invece sono tutti a pagamento ."

"This is the perfect hotel if you like the original Italian style with beautiful buildings that are well-kept, combined with SPA facilities The external swimming pool is a must in a lazy afternoon, whereas the “percorso nel SPA” was a great experience for us The atmosphere at the hotel is friendly and truly Italian Highly recommendable - we shall return, also because there is a small and unique language school in the town"

"We had a great stay in this hotel and are returning clients. The location is peaceful. The facilities of the pool ( indoor and outdoor) are great. When it rained the indoor pool was useful. The level of service and quality of food in the restaurant was great. We brought our dog and they even had a separate quiet restaurant area for those with dogs which we used both evenings. Overall a great stay, we will return. "

"Such a lovely retreat in stunning natural setting. Generous rooms. Very kind and attentive staff. 10/10"

"Clean room - amazing breakfast - beautiful spa!!"

"Excellent experience throughout"

"Amazing place very picturesque definitely would recommend "

"Very modern hotel with rooms that are more apartments than just hotel rooms. The food is great! There is a small spa, too. 50 Euros for two persons/three hours was a bargain. Staff was very helpful, but only one member spoke English. The charming lady who welcomed us made good use of Google Translate. Perhaps even better than the hotel is the nature reserve in which it's located. The drive up the mountain is long and somewhat difficult, but well worth it."

"Var der for anden gang. Og det lever op til alle karakterer. Havde lidt problemer med brusearmaturet som gav mest koldt vand, men der kom hurtigt en og fik det til at virke."

"Great boutique hotel and very helpful and nice staff"

"This was a beautiful place to stay. Very polite owners and helpful. Would defiantly go again."

"Una piccola oasi di benessere "

"The lady that was at breakfast she made good coffee"

"Perfect hotel, excellent location in the middle of Stia, a small and cute town in the middle of Casentino valley in Toscany with many places to visit nearby. The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Service from Patrizia and the team was excellent. They are all very proud of what they're doing and they reflect it onto their guests. I will be back! "

"Beautiful property, lovely personnel and pretty grounds. The only negative I have is that the gate at the road to the actual residential building is unmarked, unlit and several kilometers from the main gate (which is marked and lit at night), making a late night check in (in the dark) very difficult. I am sure this is being addressed since that entrance appears very new."
