"While a lot of the ratings I gave were average, know that this place is a solid place to stay, but definitely not anything fancy. Especially if you want a more authentic experience where you explore and step away from the overly touristy things, this is perfect. My two younger children and I stayed alone and it was safe. They even had a laundry room, which I loved because I love doing my laundry to avoid going home with a suitcase filled with nasty laundry from vacation…. And it’s awesome for cleaning beach towels and swimsuits between uses! It’s a good location as it’s close to several beaches and historical sites like las ruinas. "

"Great facilities, quiet environment, good pools for the kids. Great restaurant with all options of drinks and food. Love the Staff, Kevin at the front desk was an amazing guy. Good area outside with many food choices. Clean room, hot water and ac worked well. "

The beach towels were notably thin. Furthermore, the beach access point presented safety concerns. Finally, the television operation was not adequately explained."

"Great location for beach access; near bike/walking trail to access quirterremote beach; nice local eateries and drinking opportunities across the road. Isabela town center is clean & authentic (but up a steep hill from volle jammed at times). We lucked out discovering a Saturday night concert in the central square, filled with locals enjoying traditional music s"

"This place is an absolute scam, they asked me for my ID and a zelle payment as a deposit for the property, I waited over 4 hours and was never given any information as to how to access the property. We were locked out past midnight trying to access the place we had already paid the deposit and the nightly fee. We had to contact Expedia and luckily they were able to set us up with accommodations that were not super convenient however we were grateful. I have messaged the owner multiple times with no success nor any refund. It seems like some people have had success booking this place however do not roll the dice as the owners are non-responsive and your deposit is free income for them if you don't get the room. We tried multiple numbers and even expedia could not get a hold of them to remedy the issue. "
