Pancake machines were amazing! Would definitely stay again if I came to Bath again. So well located with easy walk right to centre of city. "

"We had a great experience. We opted for some balloons as a surprise for a birthday, which we’re waiting in one of the rooms upon check-in. Our check-in experience was personalised, with staff referencing what we’d done during the day, as it was noted on the pre check-in competed online, as we were arriving late. Nice to have a city hotel with a pool, sauna and steam room, which made for a nice start to the following day. Breakfast was great, with hot food made to order, along with honey from the hives on the roof of the hotel - a great touch. "
