"They we're undergoing construction but still managed to be very clean. the bathrooms were a bit dated, but otherwise had everything you needed. The small refrigerator on the inside needed cleaning, but overall the room met the needs of a quick stay. "

"No cleaning service during the stay. Bathroom paint job was pretty bad considering the recent renovation. Maybe the repair was incomplete? There is an energy saving power shutoff system that dropped the temperature at night. I suggest they put an information card or sign up to explain how it worked because we were just guessing."

" My mother booked a room for me after a long day of meetings and had to be up early in the morning for another long day. i live over an hour away and staying closer cut down my travel time immensely! So I go to check in and the hotel attendant at the front desk tells me that I can’t use a chime or Cash App card for incidentals! And that was the only cards I had on me. Then I was told that they could not cancel the reservation and that we needed to call Hotels.com to cancel and if the website was not updated with the information about the cards it was not the Westins responsibility to cancel or refund back to my mother. I was crushed to say the least because I love the Westin and have stayed there plenty of times and never ran into this problem. I understand that there may be issues when trying to refund the money back to chime, but nothing was said at the time of booking. So I ended up staying at a hotel up the street. So word to the wise…DON’T try to use your chime/cash app card for incidentals!!"

"Hotel staff was very kind. The room was very nice and my stay was peaceful. However, this reservation was supposed to have been cancelled as I ended up having to pay again when I was told when I arrived that Expedia wouldn’t allow check in for 6 hours after I arrived so I cancelled this reservation and paid again in person at the site. Still awaiting a refund "
