"Love this hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are nice and the balcony with ocean view was spectacular. Although the property is older, the cleanliness and friendly staff more than make up for the age. The restaurant on property is excellent, and the location can’t be beat. We will be back!"

"OUTSTANDING!! I had stayed here for 3weeks back in February on a work trip and they were Fantastic!! So, I notified management that I was coming back for my 33rd Wedding Anniversity and when we arrived there were Red Roses, Balloons and Champagne and the same room that i was in prior was waiting for us. Since this was my wife Mias's first time she was Ecstatic!! Everyone was accomodating from grounds keepers, housekeeping, front desk to management. I am currently working a plan to come back out in December for a week with my children and grandson. Thanks again Blue Flamingo Staff!!"

"First time in Key West and first time staying here. We were looking to capture some of what Key West was like and the resort felt authentic, yet well maintained, clean, and friendly!"

"We stayed 2 nights here. Rooms are large and comfortable. Ours had a queen sized bed and a soda bed in the living area . 2 tvs ,bathroom with shower. The garden pool area (there are 2) with jacuzzi is very calming and pretty. To get onto the property you need a keycard. As 2 girls alone we felt very safe . The staff was super helpful with anything we needed. They serve Wine and cheese, crackers,nuts each night for Happy Hour and a simple but decent continental breakfast in the morning. There is also a quaint little restaurant next door for breakfast and lunch. We would definitely stay here again. We did have to pay for parking because they only have about six spots on the property and it’s first come first serve. So we had to park about a block away .If I remember correctly I think it was $35 a night but it was a short walk."

"My husband and I woke up with bed bug bites and the air conditioner was not functioning properly the last night of our visit. This was not the room that was shown on your website - we did not have a partial island view. The hallway was open to the beach all day and all night. We were surprised when we arrived that we would have to pay a $65 charge per day for each of us. That was not listed in the description on your website. We would never stay at this hotel again."
