"First off, the property is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Annette from the front desk has to be celebrated for her customer focus and going above and beyond for our stay. We booked a room that didnt quite fit our expectations (my fault when booking) but Annette was patient and persistent in making it right for us and that exceeded our expectations. We will be rebooking our next stay at the Southermost Resort based on great experience with Annette and staff. "
