"Very good hotel, the rooms are beautiful, and the view over the mountains are incredible. Beds are comfy, the bathroom is good and there is a nice breakfast. Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. "Service is extremely poor. From room service to serving the food, everything is late and incomplete. The staff is incompetent and except a very few they do not pay any attention to the customer's needs. For every room service (water, towel etc.) one needs to call up the reception multiple times. Bed was dirty with scattered hair, when we checked in. Television does not work. Overall, whatever is projected in the internet is absolutely rubbish. Its a waste of money.
