"Rooms very out dated, description of the hotel is not correct, breakfast terrible The staff are very friendly,credit to the place, how ever management tearable, need to be sacked"

"Breakfast was good but Svc was not as staff would stand around but not go around to tables to ask clients if they need coffee/tea or anything . Needs improvement in servicing clients . "

"First few days in Morocca and still becoming accustomed to local ways. Check in seemed overly complicated, as we had pre-booked and pre-paid. Eventually got it sorted out ; it may just have been the manual entry of all forms into the system is not something we are used to."
