Plusieurs éléments annoncés dans la description ne correspondaient pas à la réalité. Tout d’abord, il n’y a pas de parking privé comme indiqué dans la description. Il s’agit simplement de quelques places de stationnement limitées dans la rue, devant l’hôtel. Par ailleurs, les deux coffres-forts de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas, les piles ayant été retirées. La douchette de la salle de bain était également défectueuse et ne laissait couler que quelques gouttes d’eau, ce qui rendait son utilisation très difficile. Enfin, le problème concernant la facture a été particulièrement décevant. Je l’ai demandée dès mon arrivée et on m’a indiqué qu’elle me serait remise lors du check-out. Le jour de mon départ, on m’a finalement dit que l’hôtel ne pouvait pas l’établir et qu’il fallait voir avec Expedia. De son côté, Expedia m’a renvoyé vers l’hôtel. Après avoir insisté, l’hôtel a finalement accepté de me remettre une facture, mais celle-ci ne correspondait pas au montant total de ma réservation effectuée via Expedia, les frais liés à Expedia ayant été retirés. Cette situation est d’autant plus regrettable qu’une facture doit être remise par l’hôtel lorsqu’elle est demandée par le client.
