"The place was in good shape, just some very minor issues with a sink faucet not secured tightly but it worked. For any issues the owner is very responsive. There were a half dozen or so ants on one of the beds we didn’t use when we got there but not so much the following days. Internet worked very well as we both do video conferencing for work at night. The blackout curtains work very well and it was very quiet during the day when we slept. The place was decently clean and very comfortable."

"This was an interesting property with some nicely designed interior features and run by a lovely family who tried very hard to please. However, it was not a bilingual property as advertised and that was frustrating at times.I found the kitchen poorly equipped and had to supply some of my own utensils. There was no microwave as advertised and the washing machine had Chinese only instructions.Attention to these small details could make a big difference to someone's stay."

"We had 6 days in this excellent, incredibly spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment on the 20th floor of the FLC Tower. Far exceeded our expectations and would definitely return again. Everything in both the tower and the apartment worked well - elevators in these high rise buildings in Vietnam are often slow but not here. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and cafes & about 20 minutes on foot to the large shopping plaza with a good supermarket for those...

"Breakfast was great. A little more than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very comfortable room and mattress. The place was very clean and the staff helpful. I stayed at one other place but this was much better even though the other place was nice. Not many westerners visit Quy Nhon so you’ll need to rely on translation apps if your tieng viet is weak even at hotels. Even then, everyone is so nice and helpful it’s not a problem."

"Great stay at Grand Hyam. Staff were very professional yet friendly and helpful when needed. We booked 2 rooms via Agoda and booked an extra room on the spot via Expedia. We wanted to stay on the same floor and one of the staff went above and beyond to help us do so. It was such a kind gesture! Rooms are spacious and beautiful. A bit of shame we had mold in the bathroom and that the housekeeping was a bit neglected (floor not clean carefully and hand marks could still be seen near tv frame). Gym was small but good enough for a workout. Breakfast is a bit of a miss on our end tho, crowded with group tours from Hanoi who sometimes are a bit uncivilised… other than that, still a great experience."
