"The stay was very nice. The hotel is not well versed in English so you may have a little communication issue if you do not know Chinese. There was one Manager, Richard, he was great. He was fluent in English and was always helpful and happy to help and translate. We spoke with him for almost anything we needed during our stay. The breakfast is worth the extra money to get. "I purposely chose this place as a closer hotel location rather than staying near the bell tower to be closer distance drive to the terracotta warriors and it was the best hotel I booked through my whole stay in China. Robin was my concierge who provided great communication throughout my stay there. He helped arrange transportation pick up from train station to hotel and back. During my stay he also provided recommendations around the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and hotel was clean. The red room which I had hotel room at thanks to Expedia was super exclusive to included happy hour that the tapas style food and drinks left us full."
