Very old hotel. Not updated since 90s I would guess. Staff are procedure based, strictly no access to rooms before 3 and even then my room was not available

Mercure Alameda Quito
Excellent hotel. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I found it very clean, we did not use the gym but it looked very well equipped. We did enjoy the Hot tub, pool, cold plunge, and sauna.
