😡 I originally made a reservation & paid for 16 days. However, I left this hotel early because my doctor finished up some treatments early. The hotel manager said he would give me a hotel credit for the 8 days I left early. I liked that idea because my wife visits Quito a lot. However, the hotel manager LIED to me & my wife. The manager refused to give me any sort of documentation that stated we had a credit for 8 days at that hotel. Expedia even tried to contact them but that was of no use. Furthermore, Expedia said they could not do anything about the situation either. So due to the unfavorable circumstances, my family will NOT be staying at this hotel again. The hotel manager did not keep his word. The beds are pretty hard as well and they only have twin size beds. 😡

Me cobraron en la tarjeta de crédito y también cuando llegue al lugar. Me indicaron que sólo era una retención en la tarjeta de crédito y que debía pagar en efectivo el cual accedí y todavía no se devuelve lo de la tarjeta de crédito. Llame y me dijeron que iban a a solucionar y nada.
