"Ideal location. 40 mins from airport, 30 mins from spain. Food was nice with a good variety. Only one off putting is the bird poo around the pool. but overall lovely place"

"The hotel, location, and amenities were fantastic!! The only moment I got very disappointed was at the spa with one of the girls at the front desk. After one week at the hotel, the day before departing (May 21st) we booked an hour massage for both of us. At the moment of paying, my credit card didn’t go through (she shamelessly hold a laugh). I said that is not possible, gave her my credit card. It didn’t pass. My friend tried with two cards. Nothing. A local lady tried as well and nothing! It was obvious that it was the internet, but she NEVER admitted that. I was hoping for an apology, but nothing! Such a RUDE employee shouldn’t work at the front desk… We just told her to charge it to our room. She really ruined the mood of the massage time."

"The hotel was lovely. A short uber ride to Tavira (less than 4 euros) although the hotel supplies a couple of shuttles per day to Tavira and Cabanas. The pool was fabulous with plenty of comfortable loungers in nice gardens. The restaurant was very nice with lovely views over the pool and a nice area to sit and have a drink. A few nights per week there was live music while we were there. Food in the restaurant was very good. The rooms were a little tired but very clean and the double room had a lovely large bathroom, large bedroom area and a terrace.Breakfast was fantastic. Would stay here again."
