"The hotel had friendly and polite staff. Lots of amenities available e.g tennis court, crazy golf, table tennis and bikes available if wishing to cycle within the surrounding area. There was also a swimming pool with a patio to the rear of the building however this was never used, weather was only sunny and hot on the day of our arrival but the pool was dirty. "Spacious rooms, beautiful new pool, breakfast okay. Check out at 11am. Characterful building. No air con in rooms, fans were unavailable from reception. Lovely attentive staff but need more staff on site. Dining area needs updating. Overall good value for money. Hotel has huge potential to become 5* with investment."
