is a bonus. The deposit was quite steep for the property condition. My room in particular was not ok. Though clean, it sure wasn’t comfortable in the least. The AC unit wouldn’t heat and it was freezing cold. The door wasn’t flush leaving a gap for the cold outside air to get in.
