"Awesome location near Symphony T stop and Massachusetts Ave Bus 1 Also low cost ride-share to anywhere within couple of miles. Price is very fair, super comfortable beds. The bathroom showed a little bit of wear - lose toilet seat for example. No big deal. We had a little bobble trying to get a set of towels - but staff worked through that fast. All in all a great and practical solution for staying in Boston for under $1000 a night. Would definitely and gladly stay there again."

"1) Coffee machine was not depleted with water before my use, so so my fill caused overflow. 2) breakfast waiting of 30 min after ordering. 3) room AC very noisy. I thought that a 4-star hotel should have central AC?"

"This location is not the greatest… it is decently far from the nearest train station and uber drivers often got confused where to pick up and drop off. The barn door on the bathroom was falling off the hinges. Shower was incredible and the soaps smelled amazing. Funny smell in the room that lingered. The lack of amenities was what we were most surprised about.. for the money, this did not feel like a luxury hotel as advertised. It is quite dated and therefore, misleading. Walls are also paper thin! You can hear the toilet flushing in the rooms around you. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. We wouldn’t stay here again because of the location and “oldness” but I guess those are personal preferences. "
