Property has five star sign at the Front Desk,does not make sense. The staff is well dressed and service is awesome. Everything about the hotel is old and dated. Bedding does not even has a duvet or sheet over comforter. I work for a luxury hotel in Toronto. This was not my standard of living or expectation of the hotel. Reason for my stay was to attend friends 50th birthday.

La verdad es que aunque está sobre una av. principal el ruido no es un problema. Todo bastante limpio, personal amable, no tuve oportunidad de probar el buffet pero es una gran opción. La alberca la verdad increíble porque nos tocó vacía pero tiene muy buen espacio y unas mesas muy ad oc para pasar el rato. Sin duda regresaría aunque no hay tiendas u Oxxo tan cerca.

Los baños se encharcan por el desnivel inadecuado, en la habitación se escucha mucho ruido de los baños en las habitaciones superiores y las pláticas de las personas en las habitaciones alrededor.
