Great place we love to stay here. Staff is very helpful especially Juanita and a young gentleman at checkout. They is a restaurant across the street at hotel patio Santiago and excellent new chef. The food exceeds expectations and will continue to go with Chef Ignacio. This is a hidden gem for fine dining. Very reasonably priced Thank you!

The staff is lovely. Friendly and helpful. I'm in Quretaro on business several times a year and I gravitate to Centro for lodging because it's a delightful area. There are many quaint and comfortable boutique hotels in the area. Casa Loreta is Head and shoulders above them all. It appears to be a carefully executed rehab with beautiful rooms and common areas.

They have a great service and attention to everything you need or ask for. The staff was really kind, and always attentive and friendly. I had a wonderful time there, and without any doubt I would recommend this hotel, and would come back anytime.

Awesome hotel!

This was a lovely hotel all in all it was a great hotel. The only negative was lack of places to keep clothes so we needed to keep everything in our suitcases. Everything else was great! Highly recommend it. The area was perfect to walk around to restaurants and beautifully decorated squares for Christmas!

Great place to stay!

Majority of staff was very friendly and helpful. One staff member not so much. Bed was a little creaky. Made noise when you moved. Bedding was lumpy.

Hotel was great and convenient. The staff is amazing. The level of service provided was excellent. Room was always cleaned to perfection. I have to acknowledge Norma, Gustavo and Carols. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you all! Special thanks to Carlos for always helping with questions about city and always being available. We enjoyed are stay and if we come back we will definitely stay here again.

The staff were pleasant and helpful and the facilities were spotless . Although there was a small issue with noise that was because people walking in the hallways were not always considerate and the fact that the hallways are not carpeted tended to make voices echo. The location is absolutely unbeatable. I walked to everything. They also arranged a wine tour for me which was wonderful.
