"Check-in with Karen (friendly, welcoming, professional, quick), room (2 queen) very clean, roomy, fridge, microwave, kuerig. Free breakfast really tasty, variety hot & cold, clean area, staff super kind and caring about guests. Manager cares about guests stay. He personally asked us how our stay was going and leaves a flyer in room with his name and number for feedback & concerns. Close to everything, walkable. I already booked for next year."

"We spent the night with a group of friends celebrating a birthday. From checking in to checking out the staff was amazing. The restaurant staff especially the twin bartenders provided fabulous service and we’re very friendly. All the food was great and we enjoyed our time listening to the band at night. We will definitely make this an annual event. Thank you."

"Check in very nice. Guy who was cleaning was not friendly. Breakfast staff and housekeeper very friendly. I don’t mind Hampton using pump soap and shampoo bottles but ours has a half inch of soap in it which was inconvenient for taking a shower. I am favorable to cost-saving measures until the customer is unnecessarily inconvenienced. The person at the desk gave me two tiny bottles for my wife and children to use for their showers. For goodness sake, it’s soap. The hotel seemed well kept. Fitness area had one out of order elliptical, an unplugged treadmill, and the one I used suddenly shut off on me. The area around the hotel was poorly maintained with clover and faded signs. Not up to what I consider Hilton standards."

"Staff was great, room was clean, AC unit works perfect. I only have small complaints. After this trip I realized I dont want a room that is across the hall from the indoor pool or close to the elevators/main lobby. It is very noisy and the door has a decent sized gap under it allowing for voices and noise to be heard easily. The gap around the black out curtains does not keep outage lights in the parking lot at night so your room won't be completely dark. The toilet is very low to the ground for tall people (just my two cents). My one recommendation is to have a plain egg omelet available for breakfast. Our choices were omelet with veggies or cheese. My daughter doesn't eat those veggies and she is lactose intolerant."
