"Parking and staff were great, and I really appreciated how welcoming the team was. I understand this is a pet-friendly hotel, but the room could have been cleaner. There was also quite a bit of noise during my stay, the room upstairs seemed to be rearranging furniture throughout the night and into the day for two days straight, which made it difficult to sleep."

"The room was NOT secure - there was a gap between the edge of the door and the door frame ( about 1/2 to 1" wide). The metal plate on the door holding the locks had loose screws holding it to the wooden door. (room 328)."

"I made an error in my travel plans. When I contacted the hotel to try to make adjustments, as suggested by Expedia, I was encountered by a rude employee who would not connect me to a manager. They advised me no manager work during the day. I was trying to fix my mistake and make adjustments, but no one there was capable or willing to offer assistance. Very frustrating interaction. "

"The front desk staff was wonderful. There was an issue with facility service trying to work on our room’s lock system at night without telling us. After the situation was addressed, the managerial staff communicated what changes they would make moving forward. I felt listened to and I do believe they aim to satisfy their patrons. "

"The staff is all remote on a screen somewhere in India. Even the front desk. Poor customer service and charged me an extra $10 to check in 30 mins before 3pm. After I waited 4 hours The room is dirty with cockroaches everywhere. The bed is creaky and the room smells of cigarette smoke even though it was meant to be a non smoking room. The walls are thin and u can hear everything from upstairs and the two rooms on either side and outside Terrible. Never again. "
