OK, men noget mærkelig reception gennem et stort tykt plastiktæppe og med en ganske flink ung pige med 2 børn på slæb, den ene i sele på maven og den anden larmende rundt plus en mand (måske hendes) som stod og hang op ad disken og mælede ikke et ord! Ellers meget hyggeligt gammelt hotel 👍Check ud under lavmål - stum og tvær ung mand som insisterede på at få mit kreditkort- og kunne ikke finde at værelset var betalt!! Begyndte at afskrive reg.nr. og kontrolcifferet - indtil jeg vredt insisterede på at få det tilbage - Det var i høj grad utrygt!!!

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und nett. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl an allem, was zu einem guten Frühstück gehört. Die Lage des Hotels war ideal zur Erkundung von Quedlinburg. In der Nähe gibt es auch zahlreiche Restaurants.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage

Schönes Hotel direkt an einem schönen Platz mit perfekter Ausgangslage, um Quedlinburg zu Fuß zu erkunden. Von drei Rezeptionisten war einer sehr hilfsbereit, die anderen beiden leider nur durchschnittlich freundlich. Geärgert haben wir uns darüber, dass wir erst bei Check Out über die Parkplatzkosten "informiert" wurden. Informiert heißt in dem Fall, dass es einfach auf der Rechnung stand. Da der Parkplatz an unserem letzten Abend voll besetzt war, konnten wir ihn da nicht mal nutzen. Dies wurde dann allerdings bei der Rechnung korrigiert. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ein wenig im die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Durch das Alter des Hauses hört man jedoch im ganzen Haus, sobald morgens der erste Gast aufsteht. Der kleine Biergarten im Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Servicemitarbeiterin dort hat durch Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz und ihre zuvorkommende Art überzeugt. Das Frühstück ist ordentlich, aber auch einfach. Nach zwei Tagen hätte uns hier die Abwechslung gefehlt. Für einrn Kurztrip aber vollkommen in Ordnung.

Ein historisches Hotel, wunderbar gelegen mitten im Herzen der Stadt...sehr zuvorkommendes und unaufdringliches Personal, top Frühstück und sehr Aufmerksam beim Nachfüllen...nicht unbedingt geeignet für Personen, die keine Treppen laufen können, da die Zimmer nur über Treppen zu erreichen sind. Aber hier gerne immer wieder :)
