the staff was kind & accommodating. water was provided upon request. the most essential items you may have forgotten @ home will be provided. plush towels were refreshed daily. the bed was almost too comfortable to leave.

My stay here was incredible. The staff was welcoming, tended to our needs. I luved my room and the view but i think what i paid for wasn't reasonable. Over all 10 out of 10.

Condado Vanderbilt is truly a 5 star LUXURY hotel. The service was amazing. They make you feel like you are the only guests at the hotel. The amenities (especially the spa) was dreamy and food/drinks were delicious! We can not wait for our next trip to this special place in paradise

Location is good and access to the beach. They should add valet parking as parking was hard to find and we had to walk with all of our stuff from the car three levels down in the lot.
