No doorman on arrival. No electrical outlet on one side of bed. TV system did not work. The room was big and comfortable. No facilities on the beach. Surprise “resort fees” on check out.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room had a TV with Roku and airconditioning. The breakfast was a small buffet of prepackaged foods. The hot water didn't work on all days. The property is close to the train station. Overall a quiet and pleasant place.

Very bad communication, was trying to reach out a week before about late check in. Nobody answers calls, emails or anything. When i arrived i had no water till 9 am the next day. They didnt even communicate a sorry or anything. Rooms are not even properly cleaned. Stay away from this place

It’s just as nice as it looks, some fans are broken and the shower can’t control temp but those are minor considering you are in PR with access to pool and hot tub. The location is in one of the most beautiful places. The amenities were great. The owner was so helpful and went above and beyond. We stayed in the glamping tent and it was very clean and cozy. We will definitely be back.
