"We had a larger room for a family of 5 and it was perfect for us. Beds were comfy and that was a nice change compared to some of the hotel beds we had on our trip throughout Montreal and Quebec City. "

"Older building, funky smell. Older furniture, bed not so comfortable and not the cleanest room. No room service, you need to go down to the hotel restaurant and order it and get it yourself, very inconvenient, restaurant staff rude, food not the best. Expensive car parking, self parking no valet. Not the best experience for a 4 star hotel. "
