Clean, staff friendly, although not around when I checked out so just left the keys on the desk (I hope that was ok?), but were there when I checked in, thank goodness, Bimbi carried my bags up the many stairs (although there was a lift if needed). The room was huge, and air con worked well. Only down side was the window shutters were broken so let in first light. Other than that, all good."

"La chambre était très économique (36 €), mais nous aurions dû nous méfier : il s’agissait en réalité d’une chambre en sous-sol, dans un garage. Sur le moment, cela ne nous a pas dérangés, mais l’état des équipements laisse vraiment à désirer. La douche est insalubre, le frigo/congélateur (prévu pour deux chambres) était dans un état de propreté lamentable, l’évier était quasi bouché et les oreillers sont à changer. "Our stay was wonderful -- everything was exactly as stated. The room and bathroom were clean. All requests were taken care of quickly and with great communication! The area is quiet and very convenient to the train station/bus station. There is a grocery store across the street that was very helpful when we needed a few items on our trip. It was also within 10 minutes of walking to the city center. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
