"Fabulous stay in Zermatt!! Everything was handled so well at this hotel! We were met at the train by Carlos who took care of everything! Check in was wonderful. The front desk staff were so personable and professional. Room was spacious; amenities well provided. Breakfast is very good. Piano player is such a nice addition. View of the Matterhorn while we ate. Singer in the bar in the afternoon is very good. Ate in the bar and Say Cheese. Very good staff and food. Easy to walk to countless other restaurants and stores. This is a fabulous hotel. Worth every penny. Would come back to Zermatt just to stay here!! Thank you for a great experience!"
