"The property is at the outskirt of the town. There are no sidewalks, but people are use to walk 5 minutes to reach the town (300-500 mts?). If you are driving, you get anywhere from there in a short drive. The place is modern and very clean. During my stay, the staff was the owner son and he did a great job. I asked if I could have some ice and he actually got me a small bag like made me wonder if he went out to buy it! The room size was amazing for me as a solo traveler, a queen bed and space...

"The location of this property was not ideal. The Herculaneum is walkable but if your plans are to explore Naples, you must have a car. I booked this hotel as the description said it was walkable from the port and there is an airport shuttle. Upon arrival we were told the shuttle would not be available and the taxi would be $60. The room was huge but smelled as if someone stayed there with a dog before us."

"The highlight of this hotel is the wonderful outside space. The lemon grove where you can have a meal or simply sit and relax with a drink is fantastic. The staff overall are very friendly and helpful but, at busy times, we found it difficult to get service whilst sat outside for a drink. The electrics in the bedroom were a bit confusing - lots of switches that did not seem to do anything, and there were no power points on either side of the bed which was inconvenient. The food is very good. A lovely selection of both hot and cold dishes along with pastries, fruit and juices for breakfast. The pasta carbonara and lasagne were both excellent. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Pompeii and we would definitely come back."

Staff was super attentive to detail, very friendly & helpful speaking multiple languages. 10/10 would stay again, absolutely great experience with no complaints."

The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail were all of an impressively high standard. Our only minor disappointment was the absence of an outdoor pool, as we had been under the impression prior to arrival that such a facility would be available. Nevertheless, this did little to detract from what was otherwise a wonderfully refined and memorable stay."
