"I stayed here with my sister and found it easy to get to places from the nearby bus stops. The family were very welcoming, and happy to sit and chat or give ideas on places to visit. The pool was perfect as we just wanted a peaceful holiday and this is what we got. We explored as much of the main areas as possible in the time that we had. The Blue Lagoon was the only thing we booked up. Get the bus cards as we really got our monies worth in the 6 days."

"I arrived early and was able to get in by 2pm. Room 7 was a very good size, very clean and the air conditioning worked well (doesn't run if you're not in the room) Breakfast was good. Eggs and bacon cooked to order with fruit, cereal and toast also available. Great location; one block up from the waterfront and quick walk from the 'Torri' bus stop."

"This hotel does not live up to the Intercontinental name. The hotel needs major room renovations. The lobby area and restaurant areas are nice but the rooms are so outdated. The 1st room we checked in had a musty smell and the carpets were stained. Asked for a room change, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The 2nd room was a bit better but the same issue with the old carpet. We had club access which gave us separate breakfast area, tea time and pre-dinner food and drinks. The Seabeach pool on 19th floor is very nice but even with Club Access we were told that the amenities were not included and it was an extra charge. Overall not a bad stay. Location is perfect. The staff made sure we were taken care of, and they worked very hard with a smile 😊"
