"출장 일정으로 서울 동대문에 있는 빌즈호텔을 이용했어요. 업무를 마치고 편하게 쉴 수 있는 숙소가 필요했는데, 전체적으로 객실이 깔끔하고 분위기도 편안해서 만족스럽게 머물렀습니다. 객실에 들어갔을 때 가장 먼저 느껴진 부분은 청결 상태였어요. 바닥이나 침구가 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있었고, 객실 안에서도 불쾌한 냄새가 나지 않아 안심하고 이용할 수 있었습니다. 출장 중에는 숙소에서 보내는 시간이 길지 않더라도 청결 상태가 좋지 않으면 피로가 더 쌓이는데, 이곳은 전반적으로 관리가 잘 되어 있다는 느낌을 받았어요. 침구도 포근하고 편안한 편이라 업무를 마친 뒤 푹 쉬기 좋았습니다. 매트리스가 지나치게 딱딱하거나 불편하지 않았고, 이불과 베개도 깔끔해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었어요. 출장 다음 날 일정이 있어 컨디션 관리가 중요했는데, 조용하고 차분한 객실 분위기 덕분에 피로를 풀고 편하게 휴식할 수 있었습니다. 객실 내부가 과하게 화려하거나 복잡한 느낌보다는 편안하게 머물기 좋은 분위기라...

"They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price."

"This was easily our family’s favorite hotel during our time in South Korea. We’ve actually stayed here before, and choosing to come back again says a lot about how much our family enjoys this hotel. Traveling with two young kids can sometimes be stressful, but every time we stay here, we feel comfortable and welcomed. The rooms are clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the location makes it convenient for our family to get around and explore. After long days out enjoying Korea, it’s nice coming back to a place that feels familiar and relaxing. Our kids love staying here, and we’ve made some great family memories during both of our stays. This has definitely become our family’s go-to hotel when visiting South Korea. We’ll absolutely stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommend it, especially for families!"
