"Room was spacious and modern with good amenities. The balcony was a plus. Overall a great stay. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is surrounded by a few food choices and convenience store but itโs easy uber ride to Yongpyong nearby for more options. The resort is ski in and out so itโs super convenient. The resort lobby has a cafe with good coffee, thatโs a plus. "

This was my third visit to Phoenix Pyeongchang, and every time I come, I am impressed by the excellent and clean facilities, the friendly service, and the variety of relaxing spaces.
