"There is no terrace to the rooms, its a shared space on the top floor for half naked kids to use to smoking ***. It does not look like the pictures. Rooms are quite small. Very disappointing. They paint a pretty picture of what your stay will look like, but it's nothing like it in reality. Stayed for one night out of seven, no refund for our stay. Terrible! Would Definatly Not recommend!"

"The rooms are clean and comfortable with views of the park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many places including the old town and the Biopark. Local transport is clean and easy to use. There is a shopping centre across the road which has a supermarket and various food options as well as a large number of shops. I would highly recommend the Hotel Turia and hope to stay there again on future visits. Thank you for a perfect stay."
