"Enjoyed a family stay with two rooms (1 with 2 twins and one suite). The suite had excellent balcony and functional hot tub with salts provided. Staff were excellent. Property manager Alcedis and his front office manager Maria were both very helpful, knowledgeable and service oriented. Maria accommodated my request for additional coffee, and frequently checked in on how the stay was going. Alcedis gave us the option of late check out for one room due to hotel not being completely full and even walked my husband to ticket station, waited for him and made sure he got the correct bus tickets. Excellent staff and great value for this property. I would stay here again as a family or couple."

"Truly smooth and perfect experience! clean, quiet updated eco friendly rooms. It has an artistic style with all the natural elements in design. Elegant approach overall they thought about every detail for us from welcoming us carrying our bags to the hotel. Then offering free amazing dinner with good service. You can always find water at every corner and even apples. Hotel is 2mins max walking distance from the train and right by machu pichu bus station. Hotel is at the middle of everything. Just an amazing location and buffet was clean good looking and good. Thank you!!"
