"This hotel has the best location because it is walking distance (10 - 15 min) to Bund and Yu Garden. Plus it is 5 minutes from Shanghai's awesome metro station. We stayed for 9 nights and being able to walk to Yu Garden at night for festive lights was great (and we had a wheelchair). The full hot breakfast was great and had something for everybody's appetite. The staff were very English friendly and helpful especially Peter Hu who helped us figure out metro and where to buy certain things. The cleaning staff were very meticulous about cleaning, mopping, sweeping. Be aware that if you take Didi that they let you off not exactly at the entrance because the lobby is at the corner of Renmin Road. Otherwise, only other things is that there are no clothes storage drawers, room to room phones, and business center. Kids loved the room service robot. Would stay again!"
