"The stay was great, the hotel is beautiful. Lots of places to read and/or relax. We didn’t know that my loyalty did not roll over to my new name so we were unable to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. What was more aggravating is that when i asked about meeting the two accounts i was only told how difficult it was to do it. Also my husband and myself found the bed to be extremely firm resulting in babbling pain and a bit so good night sleep.. other than those two things it was a great stay. "

The shower door was difficult to open and close, and the provided pillows were extremely uncomfortable – possibly the worst I’ve ever encountered. "So we checked in and the hotel looks amazing. The front staff, especially Jae, was amazing to work with. Soon after returning back to the hotel around 10 our toilet backed up. My husband went to the front desk and asked for a plunger, which she delivered very quickly. When that didn't work he asked for a plumbing snake and she again delivered it very quickly to our room. Then she stuck around so he could show her how to use it!! After success she took it away and returned with cleaning supplies...

"I had an amazing stay. Although it got crowded Saturday night no one was disrespectful with loud music or the smell of smoke coming from rooms. The staff was very helpful in every manner. From check and making sure that I had what I needed, to being patient when having to wait in order to clean my room Sunday morning. One of the best hotel stays that I've had in quite some time. "
