"Fantastic hotel. Located in centrally to shopping and transportation. The staff were so helpful and friendly. And the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. So much variety and cuisines. Looking forward to our next visit to KL"
"If you’re considering a stay here, please go ahead and book it! We had the most wonderful time. The view from the lobby is exceptional. The pool, the spa and in room dining were all fantastic"
"Over 20 years.... The check-in and out is still at the narrow walkway towards the restaurant and lifts.....time to think of a comfortable checking in experience, don't you think?"
"For those travelling long distance my advice is get the hotel to book a taxi for you. When you exit the arrivals the younbglad is there and gives directions as to where to get the taxi. It's an hour from the airport to the hotel. The location is excyans I would strongly advise the Sky Bar. The Petronas Towers are straight in front of you. Hotel staff are exceptional, respectful and nothing is a problem. Well worth the stay...."
"From the moment we arrived rather hot and bothered at The Mandarin Oriental, we were made to feel welcome by the doormen, the reception staff, the luggage men. Had a welcome drink and cool flannel, room was ready an hour earlier than check in and special mention to Adit who always remembered our names and upgraded us to a park view( fabulous). The opulence and detail of the hotel was incredible. The room staff even put cable ties ( posh ones) on our phone and hair straightener leads to keep them tidy. Complimentary drinks in room, water and good coffee provided daily. We also ate at the hotel and the food was stunning. Used the pool whilst waiting to go to the airport and that was nice too, busy but a super view over the park and skyscrapers.
The staff are so helpful and friendly. Probably one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in and good central location for most attractions. Thoroughly recommend it."
"It was delightful when we were given the same rooms as per our first visit in Jan 2026. Rooms were big and clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel is near to shopping malls such as Pavilion KL and Pavilion Damansara. Breakfast spread was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay!"
"Great location for shopping, MRT. The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and kind. Made our stay very pleasant and would definitely recommend staying here."
