Location is great. Room was clean and comfortable. Spa and pool were in good shape. I brought a couple of savory snacks in sealed bags. The ants found them anyway. That was a bummer.

The location was great. Close to the island activities! Parking was easy. But the room seemed outdated. No coffee was available in the lobby. No mini fridge in the room. The pool area is great. Hot tub was a great bonus!

Went to Put-in-Bay for a mini vacation with my husband. This hotel was located within walking distance to bars & souvenirs stores. The room was comfortable, spacious & had a patio/balcony. The complimentary toiletries included soap (Dove), shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Unfortunately there was no mini fridge in the room. Overall, a great stay.

Super cool place ! the price is up but if you find a good deal GRAB IT ! also I noticed how cool the 1st floor room facing Lake and Pool was fun because the guest can have access to suite from pool with ease to fill Yeti with water 😆 Staff was awesome 👌 If they put out some specials I will defenetly stay again !

The staff was very nice and helpful. We were in room 110. The AC unit was a little noisy. The TV is really small. Room was clean. Bathroom pretty clean. Our rooms patio needed cleaned. View is awesome. I would stay again and would recommend to others.

Our ADA room didn't have Kleenex in the Bathroom. I thought it was odd that this particular room was used for an ADA room since the tub was quite deep which meant you had to climb in and out very carefully.. Lots of grab bars thankfully. a shower board was attached to the wall. The staff was nice and helpful. No coffee in the room, you had to purchase it. They weren't open at 6:30am. Plenty of towels for the pool available at no charge.
