"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ J’ai adoré mon séjour! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie de façon exceptionnelle par Caméliane (désolée si j’écorche le prénom!). Elle était tellement gentille, attentionnée et serviable. Lorsque je lui ai demandé de la glace, elle me l’a apportée directement à ma chambre avec le sourire. La chambre était impeccable : très propre, agréable, avec une bonne odeur et un tapis bien entretenu. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions à mon arrivée : des pommes, des oranges et de l’eau bien froide étaient prêtes pour les clients. Le jeune homme qui m’a servi le lendemain matin était lui aussi très sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. Le déjeuner était très bon et varié. Mon seul petit commentaire serait qu’un peu de bacon aurait été un excellent ajout! Comme je voyage beaucoup pour le travail, j’aimerais aussi voir un petit coin repas avec un four à pizza et des pizzas surgelées pour les voyageurs qui arrivent tard et n’ont pas le temps de sortir manger. Ce serait vraiment pratique. J’aimerais également y retrouver les charcuteries Shawbridge et les produits de la microbrasserie Shawbridge, qui seraient un bel ajout à l’offre locale. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil chaleureux. Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Rouyn-Noranda!"

"Very nice hotel with helpful pleasant staff. Includes parking but it is a bit confusing to get to. We had a pet friendly room that was very nice, but it was on second floor and dogs were not a fan of elevator. It is very small and stops rough."
