To start the Costa Bahia Hotel is not a 9.5 rating. First , we were in the 3326 room, What a nightmare. Horrible is not even close to describe our experience in the hotel. My first time in Puerto Rico with my two children and it was ruined due to the horrible experience. I don’t recommend this place . Manager is rude and inconsiderate. The pictures are not as “luxury “ as mentioned or looks in pictures. this property is meant to steal money from customers.
