Only good thing Pure Vegiterian food is served.

It is a useless hotel to stay. The check in time is 9AM and when We reached at 1300 hrs found out the phone in the room was out of order. That means They don't check the room before giving to guests. That means they don't bother. They got it rectified at 6 PM. The check out time is 7AM. but when I asked for tea at room at 6AM, they told that the Resturant opens at 0730 hrs. So no tea before that. How can a person checkout at 7 AM, if tea is not served at 6AM. While checking out, I found the Credit card machine is not working. I had to pay cash. Not worth staying in these type of Hotels, which does not have proper hotel type culture. The staff are also not professional. The person at the reception was arrogant. I saw another person shouting at the reception for bad room condition.

Ok hotel in a good location.

The rooms were very old and seem to be wearing off. The staff were good but the front desk was disappointing. The breakfast was okay.

Good budget hotel

A popular saying 'What you pay is what you get' - this is true in this case. Don't expect too much in a budget price. Facility is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly, cooperative and responsive. I would only recommend the AC superior sea view room even if you have to pay a little extra. Although you don't get to see the beach from the room/balcony but at least you can peep out. The non-sea view rooms are kind of cramp and damp lacking ventilation. The non-sea views also have balconies which face other hotels which are terrible. The restaurant is good. The buffet breakfast is enormous for the price, has variety and good quality. Hence a good bargain. Restaurant staff hospitality is very good. It is 2 minute walk from the marine drive road and sea beach. Certainly a better bet than the expensive hotels on marine drive. There are numerous restaurants, food joints, bakery and tea stalls in the vicinity. Market is near, on the marine drive road. Swargdwar and golden beach are at walk distance. Overall recommendable, if book the AC superior sea view room.
