"This is a wonderful place to spend a day or two if you are looking for a characterful and charming hotel. It has comfortable facilities, is family and dog friendly and is in a fantastic location. Our room had a gorgeous sea view from a large picture window and was lovely and spacious. Staff are friendly and approachable and do their very best to assist with any queries or issues. Knoll House smacks of 1940's nostalgia, with a relaxing ambiance but could use a touch of TLC. Just a few bits and bobs require attention as a little tired in places; a few mod cons such as air conditioning and integrated charging points would be great, but nothing that would be a game changer for us. Also more Plant Based hot buffet options such as sausages, hash browns and tofu scramble as standard would be nice. We had an enjoyable stay nonetheless and we would definitely stay again. We have no hesitation in recommending it to others."
