"Pros: We enjoyed a wonderful 5-day family stay featuring friendly staff, exceptionally clean accommodations, delicious food, and a fantastic variety of daily activities. For an elevated experience, I highly recommend booking the Deluxe VIP package to enjoy the dedicated concierge service. Th El Cid Cancun properties are a great choice for families and groups. Constructive Feedback: Be mindful of complimentary free excursion offers, such as the cenote trip. It requires attending a mandatory resort tour and sales presentation for membership options ($10k–$30k commitments). If you prefer to maximize your relaxation time without participating in sales presentations, you may want to decline these promotional packages."

"The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"
