"Everything was great! My only complaint would be the room cleaning, we have stayed at Iberostar a couple times before and I found this trip the room wasn’t cleaned well each day, I had to leave out the hand wash and shampoo to be refilled and things just weren’t done as well as our other trips. Besides that one little detail everything else was amazing!! We will def be back!!"

"We loved our experience here. The resort was newly renovated, rooms were modern and well maintained. Enjoyed the buffet, really enjoyed the Mexican food (tamales, plantain, etc. ) and LOVED the make-your-own chievche bar (so fresh). The bartenders at the Le Fleur/Steakhouse were incredible (such high quality personalized cocktails and an unexpected show) these bartenders really made it a one of kind experience. The riviara hotel part is still under construction but it didn't effect our experience much. Really appreciated the hotel trams that drove you directly to your hotel rooms from the lobby or beach. The beach was a little eroded and a bit seaweedy but we still had a great time lounging by the beach. 100% would be excited to go back. "
