Beach Hotels in Punta Hansa, San Andrés

"This hotel is so bad, rooms smell and are old. There is mold everywhere bathroom, pool. The towels are so old and smell bad. We had a room with balcony, but the door was broken and couldn’t open. When we got to our room there was a dead bird on the balcony. This hotel is lock of maintenance. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only at the lobby. Very disappointed the pictures when booking shows a nice hotel."

"Horrible, very slow, food takes very long, I called for WiFi and never give me exact result, needed an extra key and staff already trying to charge me. Never will stay again, yes they upgraded me cool but breakfast staff rude as well, pool took 39’mins to give me a pina colada."

"Everything was just perfect. Beautiful location. Right in the middle of everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Of course you need to understand that this is a 3 star hotel so I’m rating as a 3 star hostel and not as a luxury all inclusive 5 star hotel. Breakfast was ok nothing fancy but ok, Rooms were spacious and clean, Pool area is a little shady especially in the afternoon but it was clean and enjoyable, This is a cold water only hotel so if you’re looking for long hot showers this is not for you, Staff was very friendly and accommodating, we asked for a refrigerator and they gave it to us for free. The location is mint. Right on Main Street and only few hundred feet away from the heart of night life and main beach. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re not looking for something super fancy."
